Project Details 

Harrell Design Group, PC provided complete design and construction administration services for Conway Medical Center’s new Outpatient Diagnostic Center. The facility included a new Radiology Department which included four mammography rooms, one general radiology room, two ultrasound rooms, a 64-slice CT scanner, and an MRI. The CT & MRI have been fully designed to be constructed in a future phase of the project. The new GE 3T MRI was added as an upfit in this predesigned shell space. The project also includes an IT infrastructure upgrade to extend the hospital’s digital imaging network to the ODC facility for secure image viewing by CMC staff and affiliated positions.

The Project also included outpatient exam and procedure rooms, pre and post-procedure spaces, laboratory space, pharmacy, and administrative spaces.

The design of all spaces focused on providing a nontraditional and less intimidating environment for patients and their families.
