Project Details 

This project involved comprehensive renovation of a 15-year-old Urgent Care, Outpatient Surgery Center, and Emergency Department. All work was phased and conducted to allow for uninterrupted operation of the existing facility.

The Project included 15 new exam/ treatment rooms, general radiology, MRI, consultation spaces, nurse station, triage, waiting, and other support spaces and systems.

Additional projects completed by HDG, at LMC, include a $65 million Bed Tower renovation, $11 million addition and renovation to the central energy plant, relocation of all underground utilities serving the hospital to a new tunnel through a complex utility phasing plan, a Heart Catheterization Suite renovation and a new parking deck.
