This approach is interactive, involves the owner’s design team and facilities personnel.  3-D visualization tools can be easily manipulated during 3-D interactive workshops.  We have found that this approach allows owners and users to make informed decisions much earlier in the programming and design process.

We believe that all aspects of the design and programming process and the production of construction documents should make use of available 3-D technology.  Color selection, finish selection, coordination of above ceiling conditions, and development of complicated details should be completed in 3-D.  We live in a 3-dimensional world – our clients shouldn’t be expected to make important decisions based on 2-D drawings.
