Project Details 

Harrell Design Group, PC was the Commissioning Agent for the new three-story, 80,000 square foot School of Nursing classroom and laboratory building. The scope includes commissioning the building mechanical, electrical and specialty systems and equipment to validate the performance of the systems for design intent and University requirements.

The School of Nursing is comprised of Medical Care Simulation Rooms, Support Rooms such as instrument and observation rooms, Traditional Teaching Spaces, Building and Department Support Rooms, such as faculty offices and storage, plus a deli/café and continuing education space.

HDG was fully involved in multi-discipline reviews and worked hand-in-hand during programming with the Architects and Engineers as the Commissioning Agent.
