Harrell Design Group, PC provided analysis and design for the renovation of HVAC, fire protection, alarm, electrical, and IT systems throughout the building.

Existing rooftop HVAC equipment was replaced and a new system was designed to provide fresh air to the existing corridors.

The electrical renovation included new power, telephone, and data outlets as well as lighting in all of the guest rooms, restrooms, and public spaces. Additionally, the fire alarm and security systems were renovated throughout the building to comply with current codes and to provide an increased level of safety for students.
